These are our main home/office services and cover all aspects of your IT/PC requirements

There is NO CALLOUT CHARGE and before your first hour is up the engineer will provide an estimate (upon request) as to how long the job will take

You will pay £35.00 for the first one hour of labour. This is normally enough time to fix most common PC faults. However, if you need software installing this can take hours and cost you £££'s. Therefore, before your first hour is up, we will offer you the ' Super Saver option', whereby we will take your PC back to our workshop and continue the work there. This enables us to work on several machines at once, helping to keep our prices down.

Your PC will be returned and re-installed within 72 hours.

REMEMBER - NO call out fees and if we don't fix it, you do not pay a penny

NETWORKING

We will attend your Home/Office and set up your broadband wireless router. Our basic package costs just £35.00 and for that you receive:

1 Wireless router access point configured

Security set up to protect unwanted access

Up to PC's/Laptops added and tested (Must already be WiFi enabled)

Demonstration on how to use the services and tips on how to maintain it

If you require cabling installing, more laptops setting up or further access points, then that is not a problem, simply call us on 0115 9205700 and we will discuss your needs

This service offers a fixed price regardless of how long the job takes to complete. If you have just purchased new equipment, we can visit your home/office to unpack the equipment, put it in place and install. We can then show you how to use the equipment (if required)
